Holistic Life Management

Welcome to Holistic Life Management. By booking a service, using this website, or engaging in any session with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline mutual expectations, responsibilities, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

1. Scope of Services

Holistic Life Management provides:

Holistic life coaching

Psychosocial recovery coaching

Chakra Energy balancing

Lomi Lomi and therapeutic bodywork

Meditation, energy-based practices, and spiritual development services

Online and phone coaching packages

Workshops, events, and retreats

These services are intended to support wellbeing, clarity, personal growth, and empowerment.

Holistic Life Management does not provide:

Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Psychological or psychiatric services

Legal or financial advice

All information provided is for holistic and educational purposes only. You should seek professional advice for medical or mental-health concerns.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

Provide accurate and honest information regarding your health, wellbeing, or circumstances

Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy

Seek emergency or medical care when needed

Use your own judgement when applying guidance or insights provided

Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol

You understand that holistic and intuitive services support personal growth but do not replace professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

Important Note
Holistic Life Coaching is a supportive, non-clinical service and is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or clinical psychological support. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional. Coaching sessions are designed to complement, not replace, other forms of care.

 

3. Booking & Payment Terms

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via message.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the appointment if agreed.

Online services and coaching packages must be paid upfront unless otherwise arranged.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may reduce the length of your session to avoid impacting the next booking.
Full session fees still apply.

To ensure a safe, supportive and clearly structured coaching environment, all sessions must be booked in advance and take place within my business hours. I do not offer spontaneous or after-hours calls or messaging. Any questions, follow-up conversations or additional support are addressed during scheduled appointments or through the agreed-upon coaching package. These boundaries allow me to hold a grounded, focused space for every client and ensure that your session receives my full presence and care.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To honour time and energy for both practitioner and clients:

Cancellations or Rescheduling

More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee

Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee

No-show appointments: Full session fee applies

Emergencies or unexpected events may be considered at our discretion.

 

5. Refund Policy

Holistic Life Management does not provide refunds on completed services, coaching packages, retreats, classes, or energy sessions.

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind

Perceived outcomes or expectations

Results that differ from client hopes

Spiritual or intuitive insights not matching personal beliefs

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy only if a service is not delivered with due care or is misrepresented.
We are committed to resolving any concerns professionally and respectfully.

 

6. Online and Phone Session Terms

For phone, Zoom, video, or email-based services:

You are responsible for having a stable internet/phone connection

Sessions may not be recorded without explicit consent

Response times for email packages are generally within 48–72 hours

Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement, honesty, and follow-through

All communication remains confidential (except where safety or legal obligations require disclosure).

 

7. Liability & Disclaimer

By participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Holistic practices may involve emotional release, physical responses, or energetic shifts.

You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session.

Holistic Life Management, including its practitioners, is not liable for:

Injuries sustained before, during, or after sessions

Decisions you make based on guidance provided

Emotional responses or personal outcomes

Loss, damage, or claims arising from your participation in any service

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

8. Health & Safety Requirements

For massage or hands-on services, you must inform the practitioner if:

You are pregnant or think you may be

You have recent injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions

You have contagious illnesses

You are taking medication that affects sensitivity or blood flow

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments for your safety.

 

9. Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi – Treatment Boundaries & Consent

Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi is a sacred, non-sexual healing modality grounded in respect, intention, and professional integrity.

As part of this traditional practice, treatment may include therapeutic breast work, where appropriate, and only with your informed and explicit consent. With permission, the breast being worked on may be respectfully uncovered, while all other areas of the body remain fully draped at all times.

Your genitals will always remain fully covered with a sarong and are never touched or exposed under any circumstance.

This work is offered strictly within a professional therapeutic context. Any sexualised behaviour, comments, or requests are not tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session, with the full session fee still payable.

Consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time during the session. Your comfort, safety, and dignity are always prioritised.

By booking a Lomi Lomi session, you acknowledge and agree to these boundaries and understand the nature of this work.

 

 10. Confidentiality

All personal information and session notes are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We will not disclose your information unless:

You provide consent

Required by law

There is a duty of care (e.g., risk of harm)

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including articles, images, meditations, programs, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Holistic Life Management unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

12. Website Use

By accessing the Holistic Life Management website, you agree not to:

Misuse or damage the site

Reproduce content without permission
