Whether you are welcoming a new chapter, honouring a loved one, blessing a new home, acknowledging a personal transformation, or marking an important milestone, each ceremony is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your unique needs, beliefs and intentions.
Together, we gently explore what feels meaningful for you and create a ceremony that is deeply personal and heartfelt. This may include symbolic elements such as candles, fire, meaningful readings, music, meditation, reflection, shared connection, ritual, intention setting or sacred moments of remembrance, all woven together in a way that feels authentic and aligned to you. No two ceremonies are the same, because no two journeys are the same.
My role is to gently guide and support you in creating a meaningful ceremony that feels authentic to your journey and what matters most to you. I hold a compassionate and nurturing space where you can pause, reflect, honour and celebrate life’s important moments in a way that feels deeply personal, supportive and memorable.

Your Bespoke Ceremony Journey
Every ceremony is uniquely created to reflect your story, intentions and what feels meaningful to you. Because no two ceremonies are the same, I take time to gently understand what you are wanting to honour, celebrate or create.
Step 1 – Connection & Planning
We begin with an initial consultation via a 30 minute phone appointment where we explore your vision, intentions and the meaningful elements you would like included. This is a space to discuss the feeling, symbolism and purpose of your ceremony, ensuring it feels deeply personal and aligned with your wishes.
Following our phone call, if needed, we can arrange an on-site visit at your ceremony location. This allows us to walk through the specifics together, ensuring all logistics align with your vision.
We stay connected via phone or Zoom to refine the details, allowing the ceremony to unfold in a way that feels authentic, supportive and meaningful.
Step 2 – Your Ceremony Experience
On the day of your ceremony, I come to your chosen location and gently guide the experience, holding a nurturing and supportive space for reflection, celebration, remembrance or new beginnings.
Ceremonies may include elements such as:
- Candle rituals
- Intention setting
- Meditation or grounding
- Ceremony drum, rain stick or brass singing bowl
- Fire ceremony (where suitable)
- Symbolic rituals and meaningful reflections
Every ceremony is tailored to what feels right for you.
The ceremony includes up to 2 hours, which covers facilitation and basic setup. If additional time is needed for more extensive setup or special requirements, we can tailor the timing and pricing to your needs.
* Please note: If your ceremony takes place on council or public property, it is the clients responsibility to arrange any necessary permits or meet council requirements. I do not handle council approvals, but I'm happy to work within the guidelines you provide.
Investment
Bespoke ceremonies are individually designed and begin with a personalised consultation and planning process, followed by ceremony facilitation on the day.
Ceremonies begin from $250 and generally include:

✔ Up to 2-hour facilitated ceremony experience
Additional time, travel outside the local area, extensive setup, special requirements or specially sourced ceremony items (such as flowers, candles or personalised materials) will incur additional costs and will always be discussed with you beforehand.
