PanEuRythmy
A Sacred Geometry Dance

A Local Activation

On a Sunday, I drove up to Maleny, in Queensland, to dance the sacred geometry of Paneurythmy.

Paneurythmy is a sacred movement practice that harmonises the human body with the rhythms of nature and the cosmos.

Through gentle, flowing, intentional movements, it helps balance the mind, body, and spirit, align your energy with the Earth, and open you to higher frequencies.

Practising Paneurythmy in nature activates sacred geometry within the body and supports a deep connection with the elements, the land, and universal consciousness.

After several days of rain, the sun finally emerged, blessing us with a golden morning.

We stood together in a circle, hand in hand, giving thanks for all the times we've come together to dance this beautiful dance. One memory that stays close to my heart is dancing atop Pic De Bugarach, a majestic summit in Southern France. That trip, that sacred moment, would never have happened without this dance leading the way.

Back in Maleny, as we stood ready to begin, two eagles soared above us, so close their shadows danced on the ground beneath our feet. A powerful sign.

Over the many times I have danced this sacred dance, I have come to realise that it flows best when I step out of my head, allowing love and joy to guide each movement.

As the music began, my inner child awakened. We danced through the slushy grass, the earth growing muddier with every lap we danced around the circle. It was comical, all of us dressed in white, trying (and failing) to stay clean.

By the end, we were splashed with mud up to our knees, and it only added to the joy.

We shared a delicious lunch afterwards, full of laughter and stories, hearts whole, spirits light.

Much Love,

Jennifer
