I’ve been working with this modality since 2020, initially trained in the Cardinal Method of Life Connection™, and over the years it has evolved into my own intuitive blend of energy healing and sound therapy. In each session, I tune into your energetic field and gently work through the chakras to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into balance. My approach weaves hands-on energy alignment with sound tools such as crystals, a medicine drum, a sound bowl, a rain stick, and light language.
