Guided Meditations
I offer regular group meditations, private sessions, and workshop-style gatherings that foster connection, self-discovery, and transformation.
These spaces are held with compassion, presence, and gentle guidance, allowing you to relax deeply, tune in to your inner wisdom, and feel supported on your journey.
Today, I hold space for individuals and groups through both online and in-person guided meditations.
My approach blends grounded techniques with intuitive awareness, creating a calm, safe environment for you to:
- Release stress and tension
- Access clarity and self-awareness
- Regulate your emotions and nervous system
- Build inner strength and resilience
- Connect with your own healing energy
- Expand your consciousness and spiritual growth
- Each meditation is an invitation to return home to yourself.
My Journey to Meditation
Meditation became part of my life in 2018, when I needed grounding, clarity, and strength more than ever.
As I walked through my breast cancer journey, meditation became my anchor, helping me regulate my nervous system, soften fear, and return to a deep sense of trust within myself.
I am now in full recovery, and this practice continues to shape the way I live, heal, and support others.
Inspired by the transformation I experienced, I completed my training in Meditation Teaching and Holistic Human Development through Mind Body Education Pty Ltd, and I am a registered member of IMTA (International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association).
